"This was a download purchase and they sent the product key within hours of my purchase. They also provided me with the full download instead of just the installer which allows me to install the program without having to setup a Microsoft account. My customer has been extremely pleased so far with the new version of Office."

"Probably the most cumbersome product I've ever downloaded. It is not clear that the old Windows Live ID is the new Microsoft whatever ID. And why they need so much info for a download that you paid for is beyond me. Convoluted and overly long process. "
"recommend this product to everyone."
"For the discount price I was concerned that it might not be Microsoft sanctioned. But every thing went well."
"Delivered as promised, product works as expected."
"Microsoft is still wearing heavy boots when dealing with the consumer. There is no way to get Office 13 on a disk any more or to download it directly. You have to open an account with Microsoft, and then they limit you to 3 consecutive downloads on one machine - no more second license for your laptop.
In addition, the backwards compatibility is being restricted so much that 2013 no longer supports the templates in 2010. Rumor has it MS is trying to force everyone onto their paid service on the Internet.
Unless you HAVE to use MS Office, perhaps you would be better served to use Libre Office, the free alternative, and consider Linux Ubuntu while you're deciding. It's simply too expen$ive for the home and small business user to run Micro$oft software any more. "
"eg Word and Outlook keep not responsding"
